Pharma Cosméticos has been operating in the cosmetics market since 1991 and began with a small factory run by brothers Celso and Maurício Rossi in the city of Capivari, in the interior of São Paulo. With an initial production of 100 perfume bottles a month in six different fragrances, Pharma, which used to be called Pharmatura, already knew what it wanted and, above all, already had a sense of what people were looking for in their cosmetics.
